I like to make bread, quiche and apple tart. When friends come from abroad by airplane, I make soup to warm their stomach and get them grounded again. Occasionally I branch out and make an unusual cake: pistachio and cardomum (but it's difficult to find fresh unsalted pistachios and then grind them); two layer apple cake is an italian recipe.
Right now my cooking seems to be as messed up as my mind though. I made the most terrible bread ever, and I must have made that recipe before 100 times.
